This document is a public offer and defines the terms of use of the JetTun service, which provides users with digital access to a protected connection and related service features.
By making a payment, registering, using the JetTun Telegram bot, application or website, the user confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted the terms of this Public Offer.
JetTun Service means a software and technical system that includes the website, Telegram bot, mobile application, server infrastructure and user account.
User means an individual using the JetTun service.
Subscription means a paid or trial period of access to the service features.
Access means a connection configuration created by the service for the user’s device.
JetTun provides the user with the ability to use a protected connection through the application and Telegram bot under the terms of the selected subscription.
Access is provided electronically. No physical delivery of goods is performed.
The subscription price is displayed on the website, in the application or in the Telegram bot before payment. Payment means the user agrees to the selected plan and the terms of this Public Offer.
Access may be activated automatically after payment confirmation by the payment provider or after payment verification by the service.
The subscription period depends on the selected plan. After the subscription expires, access may be limited or disabled.
The user may renew the subscription through the Telegram bot, application or other available service interfaces.
The service may provide a trial period. The duration, terms and limitations of the trial period are determined by JetTun.
The trial period may be available only once per user or device.
The user agrees to use JetTun only in a lawful manner and not to perform actions that violate applicable law, third-party rights, or the rules of websites, platforms and services.
The service must not be used for:
JetTun does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service in cases of maintenance, technical failures, provider outages, network restrictions, hosting platform issues, payment provider issues or other circumstances beyond the control of the service.
The user is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and rules of use of internet resources.
Refunds are possible in cases provided by applicable law and the rules of the payment provider used.
If access has been activated and the user has started using the service, the refund may be limited by the amount of service already provided.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The service may process data required for registration, authorization, payment, user support and proper operation of access.
JetTun has the right to amend the terms of this Public Offer. The new version becomes effective from the moment it is published on the website, unless another effective date is specified in the updated version.
