1. Data We May Process

JetTun may process the following categories of data:

• Telegram user identifier;
• username, profile name and profile data available through Telegram;
• email address, if provided by the user during registration or payment;
• subscription data, selected plan, expiration date and access status;
• device data: device type, platform and internal JetTun device identifier;
• technical data required to create and manage access;
• payment information: amount, currency, payment status, payment provider and technical payment identifier;
• technical service logs required for error diagnostics and security.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

Data is used for the following purposes:

• user registration and authorization;
• issuing, renewing and revoking access;
• processing subscriptions and payments;
• operation of the Telegram bot and mobile application;

3. Payment Data

JetTun does not store full bank card details. Payment processing is carried out through payment providers and services available to the user at the time of payment.

JetTun may store technical payment information, including payment amount, currency, payment status, payment identifier and selected plan.

4. Telegram

When using the JetTun Telegram bot, the service may receive and use Telegram ID, username, profile name and other technical information available through the Telegram Bot API.

This data is required for authorization, linking the user account to a subscription, issuing access and sending service notifications.

5. Device Data

For the application to work properly, JetTun may store information about the user’s device, including platform, internal device identifier and access status.

This data is used to limit the number of active devices, protect the account and correctly create access for the device.

6. Technical Logs

The service may maintain technical logs that help track errors, server status, operation results, authorization attempts and administrator actions.

Such logs are used only for service maintenance, security and technical diagnostics.

However, no internet service can guarantee absolute protection against all possible risks.
